Premier Guitar's Jordan Wagner caught up with Megadeth 's guitarists Dave Mustaine and Chris Broderick on December 7, 2009 in Davenport, Iowa. In the nine-minute video segment here , both Dave and Chris walk the viewers through their setups. Mustaine uses signature Dean Guitars (with 6-on-a-side tuners) and Marshall power amps and cabs. To keep things simple and preventing from a lot of moving pieces that could break down, they both use DigiTech GSP1101 preamp.
